Phil “Chopper” Mutton Memorial Gate
A gate has been installed on Wolstonbury Hill (buzzer.moth.louder) by The National Trust in memory of Phil “Chopper” Mutton who passed away in November 2022.
Phil clocked up over 1,700 hashes with BH7, a member of the original 5, ran the very first run in June 1978, from Devil’s Dyke, so the first pack may have run through there.
