Everyone Welcome!

Brighton Hash is a friendly running/walking and drinking club that explores the beautiful countryside and pubs around Brighton. We meet every Monday evening for a trail run / walk followed by refreshments and socialising at the pub. Separate trails are laid out for running and walking groups.

Don’t worry about being fast – we have runners of all abilities, and regular checkpoints ensure no one gets left behind. It’s more about having fun than setting records! And if running isn’t your thing then we also have a separate walkers group that follows a shorter route.

What to bring:

  • 👟 Running shoes (for runners) / walking boots (for walkers)
  • (Trail shoes recommended during wetter weather)
  • 🔦 Torch in winter months
  • 💰 Cash for drinks and food at the pub
  • 😊 A sense of humour!
